His expertise encompasses contract negotiations, election-related issues, labor arbitrations, unfair practice litigation, union avoidance, wage and hour concerns, harassment lawsuits, boycotts, OSHA-MIOSHA matters, mass picketing, and National Labor Relations Board cases. In every case, Frank's primary focus is to understand his client's specific concerns and objectives in order to develop a tailored strategy that best meets their needs. Frank's valuable counsel is regularly sought by employer associations, nonprofit trade associations, and boards of directors. He is a frequent speaker at trade group events, where he addresses various employment-related issues. Throughout his career, Frank has provided guidance to lawmakers, including governors, congressmen, senators, and local executives, as well as political parties and campaigns. Notably, he served as special counsel to former Michigan Governor Rick Snyder in matters related to the enforcement of anti-mandatory Project Labor Agreement (PLA) statutes and held the role of special campaign counsel for Michigan in support of President Donald Trump.
