About Stuart A. Rader
Stuart Rader specializes in estate planning, probate and trust administration, taxation, charitable planning, and business succession planning. He holds an AV rating, the highest recognition by peers, in the Martindale Hubbell Lawyers Directory and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2012 to 2021. A member of the Florida Bar since 1982, he is also a certified Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court.
In 1994, Mr. Rader earned his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, following his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1982 and his B.A. from Indiana University in 1979.
Beyond his legal practice, Stuart is actively involved in philanthropy. He serves as the president and chair of the Investment Committee and Planned Giving Council for the JAFCO Children’s Foundation, where he is a board member. Recognized with the Jacob’s Ladder Award for Child Advocacy in 2021, he co-chaired the Leukemia Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk in 2014 and served as president of the Boca Raton Tax Institute in 2009-2010 and the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council in 2005-2006. In 2009, he received the Jurisprudence Award from the Anti-Defamation League and has co-chaired the south Florida chapter of the V Foundation for Cancer Research. Stuart has shared his expertise by lecturing to professional groups on estate planning and administration matters and has contributed articles on these subjects.
