About Marie Sartiano Schoeb

Marie Sartiano Schoeb, my partner, hails from Clearwater, Florida, where she spent her formative years. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of South Florida, garnering recognition for her exceptional writing skills and receiving a nomination for the prestigious "Bull-itzer Prize" from her professors. Marie then pursued her legal education at Stetson University College of Law, capitalizing on Stetson's nationally top-ranked programs in advocacy, litigation, and legal writing.

During her time at Stetson, Marie immersed herself in various legal experiences, serving as a law clerk in fields such as Insurance Defense, Family Law, and as in-house counsel at Jabil, one of the nation's largest corporations, where she worked on Contract and Copyright Law. Additionally, she dedicated her last year of law school as a clinical intern at the Sixth Judicial Circuit’s State Attorney’s Office, where she demonstrated exceptional skills and dedication, earning a job offer before graduating.

Marie is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Early in her career, she served as a Prosecutor in Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit, gaining extensive jury trial experience in a range of complex criminal cases—from DUIs to Attempted First Degree Murders. Within her first year at the State Attorney’s Office, she earned a promotion to Lead Trial Attorney, receiving accolades for her success in the courtroom. Her legal prowess extends beyond the English language, as Marie is conversational in both Spanish and Italian. She has handled high-profile cases, earning recognition in published articles for her effective advocacy. Actively involved in the legal community, Marie is a member of the Young Lawyer Division and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
