About Shannon Clancy-Kimball

Shannon Clancy-Kimball's dedication to delivering personalized service in a familial setting originated in her quaint hometown of Babson Park, Florida. She achieved the top position in her class at the globally acclaimed business school, Webber International University, where she pursued a major in Marketing and Business Management. Subsequently, Shannon earned her Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida, a period during which her passion for travel was ignited. Her international experiences began with studying abroad in the Czech Republic and Poland, and since then, she has explored more than thirty countries.

Graduating from the Stetson University College of Law, Shannon focused on advocacy and legal research, maintaining her enthusiasm for international studies. She extended her studies to the University of Nankai in Tianjin, China, and the University of Freiburg in Freiburg, Germany. At Stetson, she actively participated in the Moot Court Board, Advocacy Board Arbitration Team, and Law Review. In 2008, Shannon's team clinched victory in the National ABA Arbitration Competition, marking the first win for Stetson in this competition. Additionally, she served as a teaching fellow for the legal writing clinic and held a position on the student governing board.

Shannon's professional journey encompasses roles at the State Attorney's Office in Pinellas County and Polk County, as well as a stint as a Public Defender in Hillsborough County. This diverse experience exposed her to both sides of the legal spectrum. She also contributed her skills to a family law boutique firm in Tampa, where she gained expertise in handling divorce proceedings, custody disputes, and child support/time-sharing matters. In her most recent role as a legal liaison for a prominent Florida non-profit, Shannon managed issues ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to negotiating intricate contractual matters.
