About Arthur J. Grossman III

As the son of a Navy Officer and the founder of Leap Frog Divorce, I was raised with a deep sense of service to others. I graduated at the top of my class from a law school in Florida and went on to earn a Master of Laws degree in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California. In 2011, after training in Collaborative Divorce, I co-founded a law firm in Winter Garden, Florida with my wife. Together, we have assisted hundreds of individuals with their divorce and family law issues.

I have served on the Board of Directors for the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida and currently volunteer on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Bar Association’s Family Law Committee and the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals. As a barrister member of the exclusive Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court, an invitation-only group of lawyers and judges, I am deeply engaged in the legal community. I am also regularly invited to speak on topics such as collaborative divorce, negotiation skills, and effective communication in conflict situations. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, I grew up in Silicon Valley, California. I attended Bellarmine College Prep, a private Catholic high school, and earned a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from San Jose State University. Before law, I worked with various Fortune 500 companies, including New York Life Insurance Company and The Clorox Company.
