About Samantha S. Bailey

Samantha is an Associate on the civil litigation team at her firm, where she aids individuals and businesses in various civil disputes. She is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and the federal court system. She began her higher education at Marquette University, earning a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences with cum laude honors. As part of Marquette’s Pre-Law Scholars Program, she started law school in her senior year of undergraduate study.

Samantha graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2022, earning her Juris Doctor with a Litigation Certificate. During her time there, she actively participated in moot court and trial competitions. She argued constitutional rights issues in the 2021 Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition and reached the semi-finals in the 2022 American Association for Justice Trial Skills Competition.

Recognized as a "One to Watch" in Real Estate and Personal Injury Litigation by Best Lawyers in America, Samantha also dedicates time to pro bono work, including efforts with the Sojourner Family Peace Center to combat domestic violence. An active member of the Milwaukee community since moving from Green Bay in 2016, she enjoys reading, hiking, attending concerts, and exploring new eateries. Samantha is also a fervent supporter of Marquette basketball, often attending games with her husband and fellow alumni.
