About Ann Marie Lampariello

As a solo practitioner, I practice in the area of criminal defense, including felonies, misdemeanors and ordinance offenses. I prepare clients for hearings and trials – both bench and jury, draft pleadings, argue motions, and negotiate dispositions.

I also practice in the area of domestic relations, including but not limited to divorce, child support, maintenance, adoption, guardianship, and all facets of juvenile law. Juvenile law is a nice tie-in between my criminal and family law practices.

I continue to prosecute the local ordinance offenses for the Village of Oak Brook, both Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (“DUI”) cases, and traffic and ordinance cases. All prosecutions include filing of motions, preparing and having witnesses testify in court, making arguments in court, conducting hearings and all facets of trial.
